Katherine Jean Bolduan known by the title Kate Bolduan in her profession is a journalist of American heritage. Bolduan is most famously known as anchor of the CNN morning show At This Hour. Her previous roles included co-host for the CNN Monday Morning Programs New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan is a member of CNN's award-winning presidential election coverage from 2012. Bolduan worked as a correspondent from Washington, DC reporting on activities of the US House of Representatives and Senate. Bolduan was a Capitol Hill Unit member when she reported on the Congress cycle and events such as the discussion of raising the limit of federal credit as well as the debates of the super committee. Her work on general assignments has included stories on The Christmas Day Bombing, Obamacare's Supreme Court Decision and implementation of the government's stimulus plan in 2009. She began working for CNN in 2007 as a correspondent for the national news in CNN Newsource. She wrote feature stories as well as breaking news stories to nearly 800 CNN Newsource Affiliates as a national reporter. Her previous assignments included NBC News MSNBC, WTVD-TV and WTVD-TV.
