Sharp was born to Rochester, New York, Sharp was a music enthusiast and was a clarinet player, piano, and cello at the prestigious Hochstein School of Music. She received a full scholarship for The Boston Conservatory for her passion for school theater. Cum Laude graduated with a B.F.A. Sharp focused her energy on the stage. Sharp was a part of The Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp has also performed in Abyssinia and Aida in addition to Thunder Knockin, Jitney as well as The Producers. She was even a read in August Wilson's Come and Gone. Sharp has other ideas which she's working on, in addition to the productions for stage and screen.
